Returns & Exchanges

We have a no-quibble returns policy. If you wish to return your order for any reason for either a full refund or an exchange please email us within 14 days at sales@premiumoptics.co.uk quoting your order number and we will issue you with a returns authorisation number and will confirm the returns address and any other instructions necessary.

We must be advised of any faulty goods or incorrect orders upon receipt of the item. Genuinely faulty goods will be exchanged or money fully refunded. .  Please return exactly as you received your purchase from us with all paperwork and documentation enclosed. If there is any error on our part then we would arrange a for a pre-paid return postage label to be provided.

For correctly supplied goods where the customer deems the item to be unsuitable or have changes their mind it would be the customers responsibility to pay for and arrange the return postage.
